Co-curricular Opportunities

Junior School:

Trinity competes in a range of sports from Year 3 onwards. These are generally one day lightning tournaments. Sports include cricket, AFL, rugby, equestrian, swimming, cross-country and athletics. Students have the opportunity to try out in a wide range of sports for representation for the Tuggeranong Region at ACT level. Trinity also has netball and football teams entered in weekend competitions.

Middle School and Senior School:

Trinity competes in a wide range of sports at Intermediate and Senior level. We are members of the Secondary Sports Management Committee, and therefore compete against 12 other local high schools in the High School South Zone. Most sports are one day lightning tournaments. Teams and individuals who succeed at Zone level, can move on to compete at ACT Championships, followed by National representation.

In Year 11 and 12 a number of College teams participate in sports including touch football, soccer and basketball. Based on performances at school carnivals and local club meets, individual students may also nominate for ACT Swimming, Cross Country and Athletics Championships, followed by National representation.
