Goodbye Mr Hewitt | Farewell Assembly and Community Thanks
On Friday the Junior School led a Farewell Assembly to honour and celebrate Mr Ian Hewitt for his service as our School Principal over the past 7 ½ years. This was followed by a whole community thanks afternoon tea.
Mr Hewitt has brought not just leadership to Trinity, but a vision. His passions, work ethic and deep love for Christian education have helped shape the direction and values of our school. He has impacted both the way we learn and the way we live – inspiring us all to grow in character, heart and conviction.
Mr Hewitt, thank you for your faithful service to us all. Thank you:
- for the early days
- for the BIG moments
- for the everyday learning
- for when we 'Celebrate'
- for the things we built
- for the things we grew
- for our 40th and 45th
- for being our Principal.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight”. (Proverbs 3:5-6)
