Trinity will be a Preschool to Year 12 school next year
The Trinity ‘story’ begins early as our youngest students are nurtured in loving, engaging learning environments.
In 2016 we add to this experience as we introduce our Early Learning Centre giving an opportunity to bring children as young as 3 years old into the Trinity family. Strong foundations are laid in our Preschool and Infant classes through quality programs and excellent teaching. Each child is loved and nurtured and given a sense of belonging as the school’s values and culture grow loving hearts, enquiring minds and generous spirits.
Learning in our early years places an emphasis on all areas of the Australian Curriculum with a focus on literacy and numeracy. Trinity Christian School also offers opportunities to discover, create and acquire skills in other areas of learning, including Art, Music, Sport, Gross Motor, Library and German which broaden the opportunities to develop gifts and abilities unique to each child. With God central to our philosophy, daily devotions and Bible teaching encourage children to discover His plan and purpose for their lives. Importance is also placed on teaching values and social skills as part of the development of the whole child.
As students move from our Junior to our Middle School, our dedicated and gifted teachers use a variety of strategies to support their learning and ensure they are engaged as they navigate the rapid change of the early adolescent years.
Senior School and College teachers seek to maximise the learning and personal potential of every student. There are pathways to academic excellence and vocational training as well as the opportunity to develop talents, leadership and character. The range of opportunities available at Trinity Christian School helps to ensure that each student is prepared and equipped to lead a life of significance.
