An outstanding success!

This week, 50 guests including council members, parents and friends were treated to a dinner as fine as would be experienced in any restaurant in town.

This was the final assessment task for several Year 12 vocational and education training (VET) students studying Hospitality.

The three course dinner was meticulously planned by three Year 12 Hospitality students, Joel, Daniel and Ben. The evening was conducted by Dan and Ben with the wholehearted support of Year 11 and 12 Hospitality students and staff. Congratulations to all involved.

The diner's opinion?

"Absolutely Fantastic! Excellent quality in all areas but the staff were exceptional. Congratulations on a very successful evening!"

"Have paid a lot more to eat in first class restaurants and my meal tonight was most delicious. Lovely sorbet! Great Beef Cheeks too."

"Salmon cooked to perfection. Excellent alternatives for those with an intolerance. Well done."

"Entrée has a great selection and was presented beautifully on the plate. I had the beef cheeks and they were delicious. The dessert was lovely and again a good selection to choose from. Overall it was a lovely night."

"Congratulations on a job well done Year 12."
